Guilford Free Library cards are for residents of the Town of Guilford, Vermont, or adjacent communities.

Adults may fill out the form below and we will be in touch about your new library card!

People 17 years old and under should apply in person or by phone. The application for those 11 years old and younger requires parent/guardian information and those 12-17 may optionally include their parent/guardian on their accounts.
