About the event
The Guilford Gazette is holding a contest for kids (ages 8-12) for kids who love living in Guilford.
If you’re a kid like that, join us for this afternoon workshop over December recess. We’ll meet at the Guilford Free Library to mine our memories through photographs, anecdotes, and collective brainstorming. Then, we’ll take some time to write and share (only if you feel like it!). Led by professional writer and Guilford-lover Joslyn McIntyre, this will be a cozy winter afternoon for word nerds and young storytellers. In addition to submitting finished pieces to the Guilford Gazette’s February Love Issue, Joslyn will collect them into a finished format to share with everyone who participates.
